Course Description
This
program aims to provide knowledge and understanding to all personnel in hotel
department and any catering establishments both land-based and
sea-based ensuring a strict implementation of proper sanitations and hygiene
practices in their workplace, based on the Vessel Sanitation Program by Center
for Disease Control and Prevention of the USPHS.
This program is open to all food handlers involve in the implementation of good sanitation and hygiene in their workplace.
