2-day updating course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and
attitudesofship’s cookin compliance with the Maritime Labor Convention (MLC)
2006 Standard A3.2 andapproved ILO guidelineson the training of ship’s cook
in preparing nutritionally and health balanced calendar menu and supervising/
administering galley area.
This course is open to catering personnel such as Cooks.
