is a 1-day course that covers the rudiments of food hygiene in a simple and
interesting manner. It includes the following topics: food poisoning and
contamination, hygiene control, safe food handler, pest control, kitchen
design and layout, temperature control, cleaning and disinfection, food
hygiene and safety laws,
and food safety hazard analysis system.
