Course Description

This course aims to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the catering personnel on board in proper monitoring and controlling of their provision inventories and budget, strong emphasis is given on the application of the spread sheet to digitize such activities in creating their reports involving stock provision inventory, feeding budget management and other related reports.

This program is open to catering personnel such as Chief Cooks, 2ndCooks and Mess men. However, the basic knowledge needed for success in this training typically requires that you have the Basic Computer Skills, Including the ability to operate computer.
