Cooks Upgrading and EDP Victualling Seminar
Course Description
This is
a five-day course designed to upgrade the skills of cooks on victualling,
observance of food hygiene and the proper management of galley operations,
cabin stores and laundry operations. The culminating activity of the seminar
is the hands-on preparation of Greek Cuisine.
This course is open to catering personnel such as Chief Cooks and 2nd Cooks.
