Course Description
This
2-day course provides customized training for Chief Stewards and Chief Cooks
regarding Microsoft Excel, DANAOS Supplies, organization and control of
stores, control of victualling and overtime budgets, as well as ISPS.
Comprehensive hands-on activities are included in using Microsoft Excel, with
strong emphasis on applying formulas and functions to compute average
consumption, ROB, currency equivalents, feeding days, etc. DANAOS Supplies is
covered, more particularly, the hands-on techniques in creating requisitions
and quotations.
